Doug Bradley's wonderful book Sacred Monsters has finally gotten distribution in the US look for it & ask for it! The US Name may be Behind The Mask Of The Horror Actor . It will be released later this year. It really is an amazing view & retrospect on the people in movies who work behind masks. Definate must read!
